The detached house in Nová Ves nad Nisou ES – Ekocell Siding

The complex detached house front reconstruction was carried out by means of the thermal system ES – Ekocell Siding. The ES presupposition is to save as much as 50 per cent of the heating expenses. The ES ensures a permanently perfect dry-out of the former construction walls; ideal external wall thermal-moisture parameters regarding vapor diffusion; in contrast to the usual practice, it is needless to undergo a pre-reconstruction plaster fixing; the house owner carried out on his own a part of the necessary work when installing the grid foundation. The US company CertainTeed´s Vinyl Siding, excellently cleanable and with a long service life, ensured a modern, architectural look of the construction.
